1If you lengthen 3 inches and you recover and are fully fine what happens 18 years later do you have to keep stretching since your muscles are longer or no im asking because I don't want to keep stretching forever just to not have issues with my 3 inches
2Also somebody who has lengthen 3 inches on tibia what happens to them long term opinions ? If they are fine now what happens 10 years later do these people have to have a stretching routine for the rest of the life bcuz if they don't there muscles get tight again
3Besides athletic abilities and stuff like that going down what are the true long term things that happen to you

Standing and walking are forms of stretching if you start getting tight so don't worry about it. Although everyone should stretch frequently regardless of whether they had LL or not.
