My dear friends!
I need some basic information about Physical therapy as I don’t know much about it and I have few questions regarding the PT. Hope someone can clear these..
How does this work? Do I have to go to the hospital everyday after the surgery for PT? I read that it’s 2/3 days in house at doctors. I guess remaining days we stretch at home? Do we need specific PT help for our surgery or regular PT works fine? How do we choose if I had to choose one near my home?
Is PT covered by insurance? Is in house PT economical? If not how much does it cost ? How do we manage to go to outside PT sessions during distraction with all the pain?
Please somebody explain me the logistics.
Sorry for too many questions lol
Answers are much appreciated. Thanks!

I believe most doctors expect you to do daily PT during the week, plus additional stretches on your own (and during the weekend). You need a specially trained PT, and insurance will not cover PT.
