I often hear Dr. Paley talk about how great his team is, and I heard some not so great things about the PT in Athens with Giotikas

What makes for a good team/good PT? And how can you offset this disadvantages

"work harder/be diligent" but what does this mean in terms of specific actions?

Paley’s physical therapist have years of experience dealing with leg lengthening patients and know what to look for when it comes to complications. In order to offset this disadvantage, be flexible prior to the surgery, build a habit of stretching several times a day and stay in close communication with the doctor in case of infections, nerve issues or getting too tight. Any physical therapist should know all the basic stretches for femur and tibia (hamstrings, Thomas, prone knee bend and slant board calf stretch).
