Questions for people who did LL away from their home

For your living expenses during LL aside from the hotel, what were the largest expenses?

Ex: so excluding the money you paid for LL before you came to the destination, what else were the biggest expenses? Other new hospital expenses you weren't expecting? Groceries? Plane tickets?

Yeah I'm starting to think it will be cheaper to stay at Dr. Giotikas's montaza hotel where he sends the nurses because then at least I have hotel staff/nurses to help and don't need to pay for a caretaker, not sure
