I called an orthopedic surgeon's office (in USA) near me "hey can I can just see an orthopedic surgeon just to like look after me/check up on me in person after I finish LL in Europe and then come back home to USA"

They said "uh.. we don't have any LL specialists here"

And I said "yup, and I don't know if we have any LL specialists in our states but seeing an ortho doctor is better than seeing no one right?"

They said "idk go google to find leg lengthening specialist"

Now what?

This scares me even though I would do surgery here in America.

Say you go through with it and everything is fine, but down the line you are involved in an accident or injured, how would having had LL affect everything and would the doctors need to consult an LL specialist?

No, any orthopedist can help with that.

Theres like 6 different limb lengthening ortho doctors where i stay. Their not cosmetic so i think they only do it for people with discrepancies and other issues that would call for it. So you should probably look it up. Im sure you can find a limb lengthening ortho doctor to consult with in your state.
