Hello everybody, i have a question to the people who done LL surgery and Go through the experience and i want to hear from you guys what you recommend to prevent complications?
And one more question is what help you the most to dealing with pain without painkillers?
Anyone who will answer the questions can help me and many more members of this forum here.

From what Ive read people who are flexible and physically active tend to do a lot better and have a much easier time.

Physical therapy is painful but it lowers your pain afterwards

Yes i understand this too but i want to know more deeper about this and hear from someone who go through the surgery, i believe that only someone who done the surgery can answer the question and tell us every little detail that help him the most to deal with the pain, and knows better what to do to prevent complications,and thank you for your answer too!
