reasonable price and good doctors for LL

Hi guys, its the first time for me to write on this website. Im actually thinking of doing LL this summer, but I still didn't find the right doctor for me. my budget is between 15-20 usd so Im looking for a reasonable price but at the same time I don't wanna ruin my legs! so guys, can you recommed for me some cheap doctors with a good reputation?

Also, I heared about Dr Mangal Parihar that he is a good doctor, does anyone know what is his price for LON? cuz on his website he mentioned that the price for the surgery is 900,000 rupees that is equal to $13700 usd, but the patient will have to pay extra money for the nails, does that applied to the prieces nails or LON?

Its 10,00,000 for lon Rs.100,000 more.
