And regarding the topic , for a quadrilateral lenghetning wait for stryde or for a weightbering nail that it's not mechanical .
Doing it with precice would take long long time before you can walk normally...it takes almost a year for just 1 segment,imagine 2 .
With no Stryde on the market and cost not limiting you, your best bet currently is Dr. Guichet with his proprietary G-Nail.
You could do femurs with him first, then see if Stryde is back when it's time for you to lengthen tibias, and if it is you could go to Dr. Paley for it.

For quadrilateral/four-segment lengthening, you’re generally looking at 6-8 months before you’re fully back to normal—which is not a bad deal for 4-6 inches of height gain tbh.

Maybe..MAYBE with stryde but it's not available so he is looking at more for sure to be back to normal with P2
