If I was to get 2x leg lengthening surgery, then humerus lengthening how long would this all take before I can go back to normal life, 3 years?.

What a vague question lacking any kind of thought, or attempt at construing understanding of what the hell you want to do.
May as well have said, "if I build a spaceship, how long till I get to the moon?"
Talk to a whole fkload of doctors and read diaries before posting this, be informed, we are not here to spoon feed you. There are so many surgeries and so many different price points and so many different recovery times. Start with the basic "Fast, Cheap, Good" triangle and pick two. Then, figure out what types of choices and doctors you have from there.
