Any patient regretting doing surgery with Paley?
100 000 usd and much more than that for the other things needed?

Combined with Paley being involved with the patent of the Precise nail?
Just feels .... creepy....greedy...and just bad.
Feels like exploiting the desperate/obsessed.

Unfortunately, even with that price, Paley still attrackts over 100 patients per year. That means that the price is justified. If he lowers the price he will attract much more people and he wouldnt have time to appropriately take care of them, regardless of the fact that if he lowers the price he could actually theoretically even make more money overall based on more patients.

It's not really Paley. It's their health care system. Try getting hospitalized while visiting the U.S. without medical insurance.
