Removing nails

I want to try remove my nails under the healthcare system. But when a orthopedic surgeon will see my xrays , they will see i did limb lengthening. I did bilateral lengthening. What is a medical term I can try and use behind my reasoning for bilateral lengthening.

Procurvatum of the femurs seems to satisfy the nosy parkers.
