Hello Fellow LL’s,

I wanted to see if any of you out there have experienced or are currently going through bouts where while in bed you cannot fall asleep because of the uncontrollable urge to move your legs. I have experienced this over the past 2 nights and it’s resulted in very little sleep. It is not painful, but just extremely annoying. The pain at night has been manageable thus far. I believe they refer to it as “Restless Leg Syndrome”.

Currently: 29.66 mm
Goal: 79mm

Thank you all!

Hi BelowtheMean,

Our stats, time, and doctor for the procedure are very similar. I updated my profile to reflect stats and info. I’ve really enjoyed reading your journal entries and the thoroughness of your journey. Overall I have slept decent during the nights prior to this week. I may wake up once around 2am, but I have been using Norco. I would take one every night before bed, and then one in the middle of the night (2am). I see it as sleep is more important than fear of the Norco side effects. I do not take any Norco’s during the day and will take Tylenol when needed. I’m only taking Norco’s at night before bed.
