I think we all get away from this depending on our neurosis but I wanted to start a discussion about the abilities to revive entirely from this surgery.
I understand that with athletic ability there will be a permanent reduction in certain abilities..but hopefully not incredibly noticeable to the point where your life feels affected. I am curious as to where you can overcome this surgery to the point where there isn't pain and any daily issues with anything athletic or necessary to live a fulfilling life.
I know varying factors affect these final results but the main message here is I want to be able to live through this surgery knowing that although many changes are permanent, there are impermanent aspects as well.
Love to hear from Veterans who have overcame/forgotten about the sweat this caused.
