Rheumatoid arthritis yet still want limb lengthening

Is it possible with rheumatoid arthritis in remission? If I already will likely be fked I would like to at least have a taller stature

My flexibility is incredible, but I have some occasional aches of the hands and elbows

Could be osteoarthritis I am unsure but genetic predisposition for rheumatoid
