Hgh, as the study mentions also, is important only in case of deficiency. The vaat majority of short people are not from hg deficiency. So even if hg was free in India, only a few percent of kids would become taller. So no, Indians won't become taller than Europeans as the average height difference (5.5 to about 5.10) is literally huge to be even get equal in the next 30-40 years. After 2-3 generations noone know but we are talking after 50+ years.

HgH isn't magic and it's effect on kids who don't actually have a lack of growth hormone is not super well understood.
