Does it look weird to have tibia/femur's the same length. Is it noticeable?

For e.g. if I have 32cm tibia and 40cm femurs and I do 7cm LL on my tibia that would bring my tibial length up to 39cm so the ratio is going to be close to 1 instead of 0.8.

Will this affect my walking/running? What problems am I gonna get from this. I'm sure there must be people with ratio's closer to 1.

I can say that whoever has close that ratio are lucky as fk because they can shoot for 7cm femurs with 0 bio-mechanical problems. I have to lengthen my tibias too. Because they are not even close to my femur length.
