From what I learned from LiveLifeTaller channel on ytb, their manager Sedat did 20cm and he is now doing pretty fine even though having done 20cm and I emailed them and they told me to ask my questions to their advisor through whatsapp.

Voted: scam. Human was born human, not titan. Without too much fuzz on the scientific numbers I'd still say that's way beyond the stretch limit of soft tissues. Yet to mention the bizarre proportion.

I know a guy who did 20 cm.  Pretty sure Apotheosis from the old forum did nearly that much too.

It's possible.

I see. I was too eager to assess that as a scam then. Although, the assessment of "doing pretty fine" should be a concern. How exactly does the "pretty" bit quantify here? There was also "Crazy+6" in the old forum who did 16+cm or something. His recovery was a mystery to everyone til this date.

Does the 20cm include arm (humerus) lengthening, though the most you can get from arm lengthening is 5cm?

It's been done, not a scam. That said, people have fallen from 20 stories and lived. Does that mean we should all jump? People that do 20 cm of lengthening are morons.

In Apotheosis's case, it included humerus lengthening as well.

I am not encouraging doing 20cm but I am really considering it but I am too short, but Sedat did 20cm in 3 surgeries and he also did humerus lengthening. Since it is possible so there is a modicum of hopes.

There are handful of cases where people with dwarfism do 30cm of lengthening just to be 150cm. I think they have to do 4 leg lengthening surgery + an arm lengthening surgery, and the craziest part is they are lengthening almost quarter of their original height which is insane.

For a person like Sedat that was probably in the 160cm range 20cm seems almost sane compared to the dwarfism cases.

yh, but he is now doing fine, without dwarfism ofc. I don't know how his body handled it...

Dwarves are different.  They can stretch out a lot more than non-dwarves through LL.
