I understand externals create very noticeable scars that last a while (i'm fine with this) but does anyone who has gotten LL possibly have recommendations for a scar cream or other non surgical method that noticeably reduces the size of these scars over time?

I sent a message to Mitkovic about scars.
I will put the exact message :
"Yes there is scars. About 15% of patients come for scars removal (mainly girls) but other (mainly mails) not. Regarding laser for scars, I do not have experience but will ask famous plastic surgeons."
Now what should we do is to send pictures to a specialist and ask about it.

And sorry, I don't know cream. But scar removal is a good option.
I use something called Avène Cicalfate (repair cream for sensitive and irritated skin) - it's because I had a small bike accident. And also I've heard that lemon can be used for scars.

If you are planning to wear short during that time you can use that : https://www.cdiscount.com/Product/Zoom/mp02554453/0.html
It's used in basketball and nobody will make a feedback.

And I'm planning to go to Serbia to meet Mitkovic and patients (especially patients) and maybe to Italy then to meet Pili
I could give more informations then
