Scars for tibia lengtheners

Hey
Are there any tibia lengtheners with external fixators that can share experience with scars?
Sadly I spend some time in the sun early on and one scar (previous pin site) got really dark red brown ever since.
I wonder if and how well are all scar treatment later on? Laser and stuff...
Anyone?
Is it possible to put something on skin (not in current pin sites) whilenthe fixator is on?

Silicone scar tape can help but there is minimal info on LLers receiving laser treatment.

I know there’s laser removal for scars but idk I never tried it

I know a guy that showed me his tibia scars after 2 years. they were practically skin color but you can see the area is slightly indented a little. He did not do any laser
