Has anyone had issues with siatic nerve pain/injury while lengthening?
Mine is inflamed pretty bad and a quick google search brought up some medical documents advising against going past 5 cms. I'm barely past that but I'm a little worried. It's sapping the strength out of my left leg pretty noticeably.
Anyways if anyone has any advice that would be great

I've finished lengthening for 3 months now and I'm aware of the second part of your post. I was hoping someone that's experienced nerve issues to give me some advice
Does anyone know what nerve issuescrimsontide was experiencing?
