It makes more sense.However i would suggest you to reconsider external femurs:it is a common opinion that it is a barbarian practice

Barry! Thank you. You are my savior. I will contact you if anything is in trouble. I also think I will make the thigh bone external LL. However, outside the thigh outside LL is terrible than shin pain. I'd like to hear your decision later. I hope to find your roommate

You should do 7 cm on the femur and tell us how you feel.

Have you considered doing cross lengthening or lengthening one side at a time so you can lay on one side to sleep? I think that would be the only way I would do external femur
