For me, femurs 2 months post-OP, I wouldn't risk any sex. Oral is the most of what I would do.  Doing doggy in this state is just stupid (and uncomfortable) as well as cowgirl, missionary, and anything else I can think of.  Stick to masturbation (or maybe assisted masturbation  ).

I am three-ish weeks post op and could force myself to have incredibly unsatisfying sex with them on bottom.

I've received oral several times during this time frame, and theres no reason you can't- but during lengthening you really arent even thinking about that.

I will say when being stimulated, being it oral or otherwise, it does distract from the aches and pains however- thats just how the brain works.

As far as doggie- the only way to pull this off would be to laughably have bars on either side to support yourself while you pounded away. In other words, not happening until consolidation is done.
