Hey,

I met Dr Becker and was quite impressed by him and his practice. I felt very excited and was prepared to schedule surgery. The best part was that his team is very available to help you out with anything.

But I go back Paley's video on CyborgForLife where he reiterates that you must go to surgeons who can fix complications. Dr Becker as I could see does nothing but CLL (and some non ortho work like plastic surgeries ?). Those who went to him, what was your back up plan for complications? Would you just go back to your home country if you ran into complications?

Why not just go to paley? Becker is very expensive is there's no point in going with him. if he was cheaper I would have considered him but it makes 0 sense to do with him now.

1. He is under 60k€ vs Paley of 100k$. Becker's cost also includes 2 weeks of stay at a rehab center. I can also go back home in the middle and live comfortably at home without spending on hotel rents.
2. Proven weight bearing nails. Paley might offer PMax but I don't know how weight bearing it will be.
3. Longer commute back home for me.

I wish I had asked Becker about some of my concerns but it now it feels a little awkward and rude to ask him about his skillset and ability to fix complications.

He is like 100k and insists on doing "unilateral" LL. So you have to spend almost 1 year for it.
