Hi guys, it's been a little while

So in a fit of depression I basically deleted my old account by deleting the saved password and email I made for it. Incredibly immature, I know, but that's why I made this new one. Feel free to take whatever I have to say with a pinch of salt, it's up to you. Here's the link to the old diary (which is quite terribly named to be honest)

http://www.limblengtheningforum.com/index.php?topic=4403.0

Anyway, I've been contemplating about starting vlogs about my experience. All I can say for now is that I realise that the physical change and pain going through this experience is waaaaay smaller compared to the psychological change, for me at least (which I'll talk about more). There's a lot I have to say, more than written words would permit. Also easier to answer tonnes of questions so shoot them Sibirsky - External Tibias Dec 2016

It pains me to admit it. Really,it does. I'm going through depression, which may have been the result of my isolation during LL. It has nothing to do with the results though, proportions are fine after bulking up

Anyway, I won't spoil too much. Hope to post as soon as I can.

Shout out to the man RGKEY! Sibirsky - External Tibias Dec 2016 Glad to see you back here, I gotta say you have been one of my inspirations for this journey.

Hey, i loved your old review. I am wondering myself when i should stop, i think i am around 5 cm now. Internal femurs - and it does not look disproportionate yet but might get there at 7? Also in regards to gym and recovery seems like 7 cm is a lot (i am around the same age as you). I know though that i would be very content with 7 and never have to think about height ever again... from previously being extremely depressed avoiding social events without lifts etc. I think i'd be around 183 + with shoes.

Hey guys! So I've just uploaded my first log. Admittedly, it's quite crude so I'd love to hear what you think and maybe any room for improvement. I'd love to continue with this log on a regular basis and would be happy to share my recovery long term.

Good logs Sibirskiy,

You raise very interesting points, one of them being your discussion on whether one puts too much emphasis on height preop and neglects other aspects. I think this is a very important topic. As we all know height is very important for a males social value. However it is important not to blindly believe that height is the one thing holding you back. This can be very hard as one obsesses over it.

I also find your discussion on tibia vs femur interesting. Your argument that one could afford tibias at an earlier age than femurs is a good one.

Although I don’t quite agree with your reasoning on striving for more than 4-5 cm’s on tibias. I believe one should balance height gain vs complication risk. We know from medical journals that Tibias are more likely to result in complications, so I believe one should be cautios.

There are so many diarys of people who lengthened femurs a lot and ended up never having complete union in bones. Also people who lengthened tibias by great amounts and have a very hard time simply doing stairs / using their legs in a normal life.

Anyway I hope you make more logs, would be cool if screen wasn’t black but there was also some video footage to look at

Thanks you for the time you put into this Sibirsky - External Tibias Dec 2016 I like some of the points you brought up when comparing tibias and femurs lengthening. Maybe you could add some sort of footage to the vids?

Anyway, I look forward to future logs!

Interesting, but I would advise you next time to upload videos deleting the background noise or recording inside the house. It is quite annoying.
It also accentuated by the fact that you're using a software for altering your voice(I guess for privacy's reasons)
Videos of your athletic improvements would be also appreciated
Anyway thanks for your time
