No idea m8 but my legs are noodles right now. And I was able to squat 130kg for reps not that long ago.

This idea also troubled me to some extent. At the moment, I only train my legs once a week and stretch three days a week. Due to genetics, my legs have never been large, but they are strong and well-defined. I truly think that if returning to lifting heavy weights like before the surgery is achievable, it will be a challenging and slow process that demands a great deal of patience and determination, similar to the experience of doing a squat for the first time in your life, starting from scratch.
