Curious what the experience was in terms of perception after from friends and family. I feel like this is an amount you could get away with people not really noticing if you wear flat shoes.
Also how was your recovery time (months) to normal walking?
Lastly, did you feel it was worth it or do you wish you did more?

lol you did exactly what I'm doing in terms of height increase (170cm->175cm). Thats awesome and congrats on doing it. In your opinion, is it possible for family to not notice including your parents or not really? And what generally were the reactions? I feel like 5cm is a lot easier to hide than 8cm but I could be wrong. Maybe height is just one of those things people notice so easily it doesnt matter how much you do.
Im going to wear flat shoes after to try and reduce reactions.
