I had the money in my hands and now I don't.

Well anyways, I'm tired of waiting. I was thinking of doing them in Turkey rather than in the u.s. (I see the range being 6-45k)
Goal is 4.5 inches. Current height is 5'5.5" (after my back compresses in the morning).
Is it not recommended to get it anywhere else besides the u.s.? My biggest worry is credibility. Even when some claim over a 99% success rate, just going out of my home country worries me. I've seen Florida as another option for €18,000 to €30,000. I have a tad under 100k now btw (85k USD).
Some sources I've seen online:

https://medsurgeindia.com/cost/limb-lengthening-surgery-cost-in-turkey/
Also really important, but I train a LOT with heavy weights. It's what gives my life purpose. How long should I expect to not be able to train by getting 2 sets of surgeries for both my arms and legs? 4.5 inches for my legs, but I also want my arms to grow in length to scale with my legs. Too bad there's no spine lengthening either, but whatever.
Also, what do you think the total cost will be for ALL the surgeries I want depending on where you would get it?
BTW my credit score is over 750 and I'm somewhat open to a loan if I have to. This is becoming too much. Warping my brain by the day (wanted the surgeries since I was 16 and am currently about to become 28. It's been too long. fk ups along the way. To call my life hell is an understatement). I'd prefer all of the surgeries in one go if possible.
hey there buddy boyo, time to change your life and overcome this curse of manletism your forefather bestowed upon you
first of all forget about turkey, even if there is a good doctor among all the butchers, the entire turkish LL industry has been heavily compromised and best to forget about turkey as an option whatsoever
then youre left with femur instead of tibia which is a more shyte segment to do overall, harder recovery, shorter max amounts, more bones to pay attention to, if your fibula gets focked your walking and running and ankle stability will be focked, so femur it is for your goals
youre left with doing precice vs betz/guichet nail
from the two, precice is the more advanced method but its not weight bearing which will require you to use a wheelchair for the entire lengthening + months into the consolidation, which is focked for your body - atrophy all around
for your budget your best bet is to do 4 inches and maybe push it to 4.5 if the doctor allows you, with Dr Guichet directly instead of Giotikas using the Guichet nail. For your information, guichet nail is Dr Guichet's invention, which is used by the greek doctor Giotikas under license
it will be a 1 year adventure and recovery and as far as training goes you might be able to just mainly upper body stuff very carefully with machines to keep your shape, for lower body guichet makes you spin a standing bike every day for an hour to push blood and nutrients to the healing zone but direct weights on legs you will be doing 8-10 months after youre done, which is whatever, at least you wont be a jacked manlet anymore and youll have your entire life to build up your longer legs after
cheers and good luck matey
For 85k USD you could get femur internal nails pretty much anywhere outside of the very highest priced US options.
Here's a fking protip which I've used myself before: maxing out your loans/credit cards and not paying them off is absolutely a route to getting more money quite quickly so long as you don't have a mortgage or own your own home. Take out the max money, don't pay it off, and change your phone number. Assuming you have to travel to go and do LL, you'll be away from home for 3 months. A few months after that they'll have sold the debt on to an agency, who will eventually settle for 1/3rd of the amount - or you can just not pay them at all, ever, all they'll do is trash your credit rating for 6-8 years. Some number on a screen will have much less an impact on your life than gaining 4 extra inches of height.
Soy paladins will come in and whine about muh morality, but 1) the bank is quite happy to palm their debts onto taxpayers when THEY fk up, so all you're doing is giving them the same treatment and 2) Who gives a fk anyway, you only get one life, if a few banks have to take some losses on the chin so you can have a better life, so be it.

You need 3 surgeries, femur LL, tibia LL and arms LL.
About 140k dollars for a reputable doctor for all these surgeries. However, no respectable doctor does arm LL and bs like except from dwarves. Which you are not.

This is the worst advice I've read on this forum. No, you'll be taken to court by collections if you do this sh*t.
As for OP, the only nail you could achieve 4.5 inches on in one go is Betzbone. Price for femurs for that is 60k USD. No idea how much humerus lengthening would be but my guess is slightly less than femurs so you're probably still looking at minimum ~110k USD. A loan would probably be a good idea; you might be able to downpay a portion of the amount and then loan out the rest. That way you could have liquid cash as a buffer for when things go wrong.
There's a guy on this forum, StandTaller, who did 4.5 inches on femurs (11.5cm) and had still duckass for like 9 months post distraction. So honestly you're probably looking at probably 1-2 years for full athletic recovery. I really wouldn't rush lifting after lengthening though man, you have your whole life to get swole after you recover completely.

4.5 inches in one segment will totally ruin biomechanics, will probably cause premature arthritis and will look very bad.
No serious doctor would let a LLer lengthen that match. The limit for femurs should be 8cm and about 1cm less for tibias. 12 cm in one segment is a joke.

Please stay away from Dr Yuksel Yurttas if you value your legs.
I am a Yuksel Yurttas patient, I did LON Tibia. He gave me crooked legs. He gave my friend crooked legs and nerve problems. He is not a good doctor, and should not be doing limb lengthening at all.

No you won't buddyboyo, you're just a high inhib cuckold who is scared to put a foot outside the accepted paths your overlords have deemed appropriate for you. Can't get blood from a stone, so max out those cards, take out the loans, and even IF they took you to court (they won't), guess what, the money was all spent on surgery (if you have extra, hide it!) and there's no debtors prisons in any country in the world outside of the Middle East. Done it twice myself, once after uni then returned 7 years later for another bite of the cherry. Literally free money.
Absolutely nothing will happen except you have an extra few tens of thousands in your account to live your life and spend on LL surgery. Done it myself - sure I'll not be able to get a car loan or a mortgage for 7 years (oh noes, whatever will I do without being able to borrow money from the Jews and spend the rest of my life as a wageslave paying the interest), but you know, there's plenty of places outside of where you live that won't know or care, and even if you will be returning home, just pay cash for your car and rent. Your life is still going to be a ton better. Average/tall guy with bad credit >>> manlet with amazing credit.

Much respect for Body Builder. He is knowledgeable and has good advice generally. However, Paley is extremely respectable and does humerus CLL. One of his quadrilateral patients actually came back and did it while I was there doing femurs. Good luck on your LL journey.
