Hello,

most ll patients lengthen around 1 mm per day in one step. For preventing knee pain or nerve issues, would it be better to split the lenghtening process into three parts, like 0,33 mm in the morning, 0,33 mm in the afternoon and 0,33 mm in the evening?

Splitting is better , that's how it's actually done

standard regiment is 0.25mm 4x a day with stretching in between
