Guys i have reached around 6 cm in both legs.^Above^ is my latest x-ray
Your callous doesn't look the strongest, you need to drink milk atleast 500-700 mls per day, chicken and beef, orange juice and green vegetables and water.
You will see your callous strengthen , I am talking from experience.
Yeah, thanks man .I did that and have started walking now using a walker.I feel amazing right now.The muscles in my legs aren't that tight and so walking is essentially painless.

This is my current X-ray.Hopefully, I'll be able to continue with the same diet. That coupled with regular exercise will help me get back on my feet as soon as possible

If you guys have any more questions,I'll be more than happy to help.
Congratulations
At first i thought the right tibia was bent then i realised its the actual xray itself thats bent lol
Your callus looks great , congratulations on a successful lengthening !
can u bend ur foot upwards and downwards without any pain? also is there any bellerina ?
How many days after external fixator removal have you started walking.
Are you using any casts r just with crutches you started walking
Yeah my legs are quite flexible . There has been substantial improvement since the last week thanks to the efforts of my physiotherapist.
It has been 1 month since frame removal.I used a walker for the past week but used a crutch today. It felt really awesome.
Here is a video of me walking ----->
Any questions and suggestions are most welcome guys . Keep them coming ,i know i havent been the most active member up till now but
I'll try to answer any doubts that you guys have regarding the surgery and the overall experience with Dr Sarin.
