Guys i have reached around 6 cm in both legs.^Above^ is my latest x-ray

Your callous doesn't look the strongest,  you need to drink milk atleast 500-700 mls per day,  chicken and beef,  orange juice and green vegetables and water.
You will see your callous strengthen , I am talking from experience.

Yeah, thanks man .I did that and have started walking now using a walker.I feel amazing right now.The muscles in my legs aren't that tight and so walking is essentially painless.

This is my current X-ray.Hopefully, I'll be able to continue with the same diet. That coupled with regular exercise will help me get back on my feet as soon as possible Standing Taller.. with Dr Sarin- My LL Journey Standing Taller.. with Dr Sarin- My LL Journey
