How bad is the stiff knee? Maybe send a picture or provide the degrees.   Most stiff knees, when just subtle can be resolved with physical therapy over the course of some weeks to months.

That is a very low degree for only 4.5cm.  What did the doctor say?

Yes, that is true.   Maybe because she is so young.   I think in 2-3 months she will be fine.

Did you take her to other doctors?
Some knee contracture will not be solved unless tendons or ligaments release surgeries are performed.
If her doctor doesn’t know much about these surgeries, better to find other experts

she only 1 month after frame removal , i knew that people takes times and they need at least 3-6 months.

is stiffed knee common with such cases.
is there any risk that it will be permanent?

The doctor should have prevented with PT during lengthening and tendon release surgeries when putting frames
Good doctors don’t let patients have such a severe contracture
45degree knee bending seems too much
Without surgery she might stay with contracture for years
Please consult a decent doctor ASAP
Poor little girl
