I am going to prepare for limb lengthening a few years down the road. I want to make a good decision on which surgeon is best for me. I am looking for a well experienced surgeon for a good price. Paley seems to be a really good surgeon but his surgery will cost me a fortune. Looking at 20-40k budget

Try to save some more and go to Doctor M in LA. He's extremely experienced with good outcomes on this board and he's cheaper than both Paley and Rozbruch

Dude at 182.6cm (touching 6ft) you need your head re-examined to be even thinking of going through this.
Clearly you're not loaded as you still need to save up.
Spend the money on a nice car, go on holiday, travel the world, meet interesting people. You should have no height issues!
