Hi fellow LLers.
I've read and watch many variations of exercise lists and durations, which got me confused.
So, during lengthening phase, how much time should be spended on streching with what exercises? How much time on consolidation and after?

exactly as much and what your doctor tells you
there is no magical combo of exercises that will make this surgery go 100%
for tibia the only exercise that matters is the static standing up on a slanted board
for femur its laid down pulling of each leg towards chest - which is best done by a physiotherapist who can do the work for you while you lay there. thats why femur PT is expensive and more complicated than tibia
