I'm trying to stretch my muscles daily, to understand if i'll be enough flexible. Then i injured myself by only doing harmstring stretches. Weird part, i injured my calf even though i didn't stretch that part. It makes me think how hard lengthening would be :/
What do you think about the schedule? Daily or 1 day on 1 day off?
