That’s the fastest recovery method right now. I meant Lon tibia(not ilizarov or LATN) The nails go directly through your skin to the bone, so it’s safe, no pain and hard to have infection

The bone won’t feel pain, only the nerves and muscles do

The internal nail for LON will need to be inserted through the knee though which can cause permanent knee pain. Fully external (ilizarov) is generally safer.

Permanent knee pain is rare and if your knee pain won’t go away the doctor has 1-time injection medicine to cure this permanently.
Without the internal nail to fixate the lengthened amount and bone shape, the leg is easily got curved, broken, and shorten in height
With pain level, recovery time and general patient experience, Lon is better

4 cm for tibia and 5 cm for femur are safe limits. For me, more is a risk. But I would only use internal Precice 2.2 devices and better Pmax in USA.

I'm going to be honest with you, at your height, you don't need 100% recovery. Every cm counts for you, otherwise, it's going to be a tremendous waste of money. Also, dating prospects won't improve much at 5'8.

5.8 to 5.2, in terms of dating, is like comparing a hobo with a millionaire. But  5.8 is hard to reach when you begin with 5.2.

What you are saying is a fair comparison, but in reality it doesn't matter much. It's like going from invisibly short to short in the dating market. It won't make a noticeable change overall in terms of your attractiveness.

Ofc it is going to make a noticable difference in the dating market. If he has an attractive face he’s going to get a lot more woman compared to an attractively faced 5’2 guy who’s basically invisible to most woman.

Also, the guy is from Argentina, 5’8 is pretty much average there, not short.

If OP is from Argentina then I think he'd be alright. Still, he'd have hardly any chance if he moved to any eurocentric country.
