I'm also based in Aus and money is not an issue. Just wondering, I always thought I'd have to go to the states to get the best offering possible (in my research, Stryde?) but from what you guys are saying it seems like there's not a huge difference between lets say Dr. Derpishard and the one in Aus?

Dr Carrigan is considerably more expensive than going to the states, staying there and flying back. 150K AUD IIRC

What makes you say that?

I suppose one must consider all the accommodation costs and medical costs in the US?
