Hii
Sorry for my bad English but i try to write good:)
I‘m 23 year old Male and search for a LL Surgery
My Height is 1.62/1.63 my Weight is 62 kg.
I search for a good Doctor for the LL surgery, first i saw the instagram account of Life Live Taller and I was thrilled, I thought I would do the operation there, especially the German who started at 1.72 and wants to reach 1.90 convinced me. then i came across this forum and read the reports about LLT, well i guess i won't do it there. I think I will do it in Germany with dr. make betz. my goal is at least 1.70m, is that realistic? what about running when the femur is made longer, does the whole mechanism with the knee etc. still work? I'm actually more afraid of the social consequences of the surgery than of the physical ones. But I don't want to be so small anymore, you know the feeling. you automatically compare yourself to other small people every day, and you always ask yourself what the situation would be like if I were taller, how would it be with women if I were taller, etc. yes, unfortunately the doctors missed giving me growth hormones, I had a growth disorder (premature birth) otherwise I would have become stable 1.74-1.81, it's extremely unfortunate. how did your surgery go? would you do it again? Was it worth? is it really how we little people think when we grow up? I don't wish for anything anymore, that would be my number one wish
how much makes sense to extend the fermur? goes 10 cm?
Thank you for your answers:)

You can do 8 cm on femurs. You can still run after LL.
