Hello,
In order to maintain a greater degree of anonymity I'm not talking that much about which Doctor I am using or exactly when.
It's time!
Man in his 30s
Height 5'5.5"/166 cm
Minimum goal 5'7.5"/171 cm
Maximum goal 5'8"/173 cm
Bone - Femur
I only plan on doing the femurs, but no guarantee I won't do tibias in the future if career movement allows for it. My legs are very proportioned so I'm not going to go for all 8 cm; it would be too much with my current F:T ratio of 0.79. Even 7 cm may be too much, but a minimum of 5 cm would be wonderful. Ultimately it depends on how the surgery goes, how the stretching goes, how my muscles adapt during the distraction phases, etc.
I've given this a lot of thought and considered it for many years.
Maybe one day I'll share my whole story. Wish me luck!
