Hi guys
For those of you who have completed lengthening what percentage roughly of your athletic abilities have you kept?
Stuff like running barbell squatting etc
Whats your opinions on what the limit would be for no loss of athletic ability

Under 5cm on each segment. Any more and you will lose some is what I've seen so far.

you will lose it even for 2 cm, but you can run even after doing 7 cm but not in a professional way
