I remember how on old forum after this information was posted, Dr M came on the forum to defend himself because it caused quite the stir. In addition to the info you posted, the type of advertising he uses to promote his practice is really insulting.
Edit: I see you've covered the insulting advertisements.
So with all things considered, Dr. M has never been a consideration for me.
Advertising methods attempting to appeal to the lowest aspect of a mans fear and/or insecurity about his height.
Good post. I was thinking about this guy since he is in the US and
reasonably priced but that advertising is disgusting. The other feeling
I got is he tells people what they want to hear rather than what's best
for them. Example that kid they made the video series with I think Alex
was his name, he was around 160cm. Did 8 cm on tibs then told him he
could do 8cm on femur if he wanted to regard for lengthening 15% of
the original bone length or his soft tissue limits.
This Mahboubian guy looks like a complete joke of a doctor! Who the hell would have surgery from a guy like this unless you want to ruin your legs? 
Put him up there with the other quacks like Sarin and Sringari...
I'm under the impression that all his CLL patients only go to him because he is based in the US and priced more cheaply than other US-based CLL surgeons (and now we know why he has to charge less).
Everybody on here has made some excellent points about the dirty used car salesman known as Dr. Mahboubian. Don't forget that he either gave Tall on old forum a free surgery or a huge discount in return for Tall to advertise and promote him all day and night on old forum . Same goes for Sysop/Apotheosis taking the time to fly all the way to L.A. from New York just to have some "injections" on his tibia. Nothing but a bunch of businessmen and con artist...

I think on old forum he said he was board eligible....
I just saw that the negative reviews for Dr Mahboubian on Vitals were deleted. I remember there were bad reviews of him before but those got taken down also. Now I see that anything that is not a 5 star on his Vitals page gets removed. I swear this Mahboubian guy is such a shady salesman.
