Because most active people made LL, or won't make it
There is some new people but they don't stay here for long

Because the stupidity has increased to new levels, psome guys write with their feet whatever comes out of his a&&. Just see all the new topics, people of 190 cm wanting to be  200, at some point is difficult to say if is trolling or not .

Because some people just decide LL isn't worth it.

Patients decide it's also time to move on (or in any case just forget, which is basically akin to that).

And some people realized their happiness was directly tied to the forums and decided to cut that off; perhaps going on to living happier lives because of it. This also applies to people that are still going to do LL, but at least they don't have a cloud of negativity to read up on all the time now that they've left.

I think you all underestimate the number of people undergoing this surgery, most of which will never post on this forum. When I was with Dr. Guichet, I met with around 10 patients, of which I was the only one who had an account on this forum and a diary.

That's actually awesome. Up until recently this forum was 80% incels and losers posting rubbish, 15% stupid repetitive questions and the rest actual diaries or helpful stuff.

Came across this forum ages ago and thought I would join up but to be honest most people don't even read my questions and Body builder and a few others were the only actual ones who even replied. This is many peoples "happy place" convincing themselves they will do the procedure in the future but they end up leaving I suppose. I feel like I'm one of the few who comes online everyday This forum less active than before..

Nope, I'm online almost everyday too and so are a few others. I agree that this is kind of like a happy place to me but sometimes it makes me feel worse.
