Thoughts on Cheap LL surgeons

I have seen some cheap LL surgeons in India , they cost around 20 k usd. Specifically Dr Mangal Parihar.

Apart from this surgeons are there any cheap surgeons that can be trusted who dont kill their patients and are not like LLT , coz i'm tight on budget and by that time i will be relieved Dr Parihar wont be there to treat patients as he is getting quite old , and i trust this surgeon as Victor also promoted him in his Videos.

Parihar seems like a reputable enough surgeon.

However, I would worry about the after-care in the Indian health-care system especially if you are a non-Indian foreigner. I've been to India and can't imagine being wheel-chair bound there. It's not like the US or a developed 1st world country with modern amenities and nice roads and sidewalks and stuff.
