Hi guys, planning to do Tibia this year. Haven't fully decided oh how much though. Ideally I'd like to lengthen at 0.75mm a day and goal should be either 5CM or 5CM. Hoping for a 60-80% recovery. I'm wondering if there's a big diff between 5CM and 6CM? I know 7.5 is too much which is why I'm staying away from it.

Honestly 5cm would be satisfying for me. I'd love to do 6Cm since I'm there anyways but for a chance of losing a massive amount of athletic ability it's risky. I have very thick legs with alot of muscle which I think hinders recovery? Planning to do externals with Dr.Mitkovic.
