Hello everyone,

I've just registered here, but I've spent a lot of time reading this forum. I also had femur LL some time ago, so I already know how LL feels like. Now I'm thinking about doing tibia LL in Spain with Dr. Monegal, so I'm trying to get more information about internal tibia LL: recommended lengthening amount, ATL need, fasciotomy need, recovery times... I'm trying to keep my surgeries as private as possible. This means I won't post many details about me. However, if I finally decide to get the surgery, I will be glad to answer your questions.

Best regards,

Auxétoiles

I think there's only 1 guy who did internal tibias with dr Mongeal, he's called Yagen in this forum, you can search for his diary.

Even if Monegal offers internal tibias I think he has much experiencie and you have much more diaries with internal femurs.

Cooper did tibias too. You should read his diary.

Thanks. I have read both diaries, but I don't know if those patients had ATL or fasciotomies (I think Yagen didn't, as he did just 4 cm). I don't know about their recovery times either.

I'm interested in tibiae, not in femurs. My femurs were already lengthened.
