I have done my surgery on TIBIA on 11Feb, 2022 at Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute .
Surgery got started at 1pm and completed by 4pm.
They performed surgery using Spinal anesthesia, got anxious as they were performing while I was awake, which is normal.
I was able to move toes after surgery and had moderate  pain on legs on the night of surgery day.
I had to stay for 4 days in hospital, had soft diet. This 4 days I was on epidural, later moved to sarin's guest house.
Now I'm on 5th day of lengthening phase, turning 1mm per day, taking ultraset and flexora- D tablets to avoid moderate pain.

No physio will be available during hospital stay (4 days) but in guest house you will find 2 physios to help you with day to day  exercises.
Physio will start from 8th day of surgery. Here ilizarov external frames are used. I'm planning for 7-8 cms.

You can lengthen upto 22.5 % of bone length.
I'm doing (extrenal +LON), so 7-8cms is not a problem.
I got my xray today after 10 days of lengthening, got lengthen 9mm.
We see callous formation already in the gap...here onwards I will turn 1.25mm/day.

Sorry...I was busy with my work schedules, will update my progress soon. Right now, I left crutches and walking on my own without any support. I did 9cm lengthening had slight balerina(now it got fixed). I had good callous in both legs by the time frames got off.
I didn't had any complication, everything went smooth. I took almost 6 1/2 months to walk on my own without any support.
