Tibial lengthening one leg at a time

Hi there!
I would like to know if it is possible and/or if anyone ever did tibial lengthening one leg at a time?
If you know any diary of someone in such situation can you leave an hiperlink?

The reason for that is work related.

I have a desk job and by the way i am almost 30 years old, and have the aim to lengthen 6-7 cm probably 6.5.

I think its a very good and safe idea to lengthen one at a time if u have time and money
