From Paley’s site:
For tibial lengthening: Achilles tendon: heel cord; maximum dorsiflexion (foot up) with full knee extension (straight).

Does anyone know if some stretches from this routine would be good pre-surgery for Tibias:

Any tibia LL’ers got any good routines they recommend? I’ve bought a slant board as well but not sure how to use it.

Is the routine I linked to good to prepare for this? Do you have any specific stretches or routines you can share?
