As the title suggests, I have really bad flexibility, tight calves and probably short achilles tendon due to my tip toe walking habit.

I want to get 8 cm done on my femurs. Is it possible ? Will I encounter problems ?

Hang in there, Itachi! Hope you feel better. How are the eyes feeling?

Eyes are feeling better, but legs could be 8 cm longer  Tip toe walker, bad dorsiflexion & Tight Calves - Pre-LL

I had the same exact thing bro. I was 15cm off the ground when trying to touch the floors with my fingers when bending over. I had super shortened calves because of years of walking only with insoles and high shoes (never left the house without insoles).
I did femur LL

In the first 4 weeks I needed to do calf stretches additionally because I couldn‘t activate my hamstrings (calves always tense instead of hamstrings).
But as I am not lengthening tibia it didn‘t matter, like I said. A few weeks of stretching one muscle group more and now my calves are normal and I don‘t need to stretch them anymore. Calves aren‘t getting tighter

That's good to know. I'm only worried that I won't be fit for the surgery because of my achilles tendon or calves. I also don't want to mess with my tibia for that reason so I will only do femur LL, (7-8cm)

Interesting post.
I’m certain I have the same problem.

Are there any exercises that can help improve over time?
Like a balance board or something similar?

I know there are stretches you can do for calves but I don't know if stretching help with short achilles tendons
