Is there a way to make your torso longer? I have a slight scoliosis, is it operable? What about yoga and some other spine decompression exercises, could it effectively make a difference?

I think that the best option for it is inversion table. With it and doing ever single day, I've been able to keep my morning height throughout the entire day.
