I have some back problems (je vais la faire en français, ça sera plus simple pour nous deux: une lordose dû à un spondilodisthésis qui est un affaissement d'une vertèbre près des lombaires, mais je me soigne)

How quick did you recover? I'm training for strongmen and powerlifting competitions, and I'd like to get back into the game as quickly as possible after a good 6.5-7 cm on lengthening on my tibias.
