URGENT! LON on Tibias with Monorails - Different Measurements

Hi everyone,
My cousin had LON operation on his tibias two months ago. And now he has leg discrepancy between his legs. His lengthening process is still continuing. Before the surgery and during the process he had many x-ray and orthoroentgenogram measurements in the hospitals, but measurements are totally different. According to one x-ray/orthoroentgenogram his lengthening amount is now 4cm, but another one shows that left leg is 6cm. He is also not able to know how much the discrepancy is because of different amounts. Is it not possible to have %100 true result? My questions are:
1- How can he exactly know how long his tibias are now? And his total tibia lengthening amounts for both legs?
2- How can he exactly know the amount of the discrepancy between his two legs (tibias) ?

The best he can do is a ct scan in a lying position.
If that can't measure exactly then nothing can.

This is very frightening to hear news like this makes me reconsider ll,but I'm willing to make sacrifices for a better quality of life.

Thanks for your answer. And how did your doctor measure it? Did he need to do ct scan? Do you have a diary in the forum? I'm afraid his results could be wrong with ct scan too because of ballerina.

I had a diary in the old forum.
CT scan measures bone length, bf has nothing to do with that.

To have a more than 0.5cm discreoancy is not common.
Yes I did and I have about 0.2-3cm discrepancy which is considered completely normal.
